Marée d'or which means Golden swell in English Is a bilingual immersion and nature experience through SURF, YOGA, MEDITATION and CREATIVE workshop.

7 Night retreat: January 4th-13th, 2025

This retreat is designed to be relaxing, non-judgmental and dynamic at the same time. It is an opportunity to connect with the self through a whole week of experience. It is a place to express yourself,  learn, grow personally, and connect with like minded people. It is also a place to unwind with a glass of wine, and get out of our everyday life.

This retreat was created to allow you to enjoy the Pura Vida yoga & Surfing in the heart of the lush nature of Costa Rica.

During the stay, several excursions allow you to discover this golden region of Costa Rica.  

Amongst the highlight from the trip, you will be charmed by the Bohemian village of Nosara, its golden beach, SURF lessons and as well as the steps on the beach more beautiful than nature.

Every day, you will be perfectly supervised for your dose of yoga, meditation and creative’ workshops with Melissa!

Certified by Yoga Sangha and accredited by the International Yoga Federation, Mélissa Vaillancourt has been teaching yoga since 2010.Inspired by the life force around and within you, she guides you through a continuous stream of asanas. She is passionate about surfing, yoga, nature, water and the elements!
