This isn’t your average couples retreat—it’s an experience designed to strengthen your bond through fun, challenge, and rest. Set in the jungle-meets-ocean beauty of Casas Kismet in Nosara, Costa Rica, our week together will include a balance of invigorating activities and restorative downtime, giving you space to recharge and reconnect.

• Daily Movement Sessions
  Sweat and move together with a blend of cardio kickboxing, yoga, and Brazilian jiu jitsu, suitable for all levels.
• Breathwork + Cold Plunges
  Reboot your nervous system with guided breathwork and the powerful reset of a cold plunge.
• Beach Walks & Time to Unplug
  Soak in the sunsets, the ocean air, and unstructured time to relax, reset, and just be with each other.
• One Group Adventure Activity
  Explore Costa Rica together—think waterfall hikes, ATV rides, or ziplining through the jungle (we’ll keep it a surprise!).
• One Dinner Out
  Celebrate the week with a special group night out at one of Nosara’s incredible local restaurants.
• Airport Transportation
  We’ll take care of your arrival and departure from Liberia Airport so you can focus on being present.
