Drive an ATV along the beautiful country roads of Nosara, Costa Rica towards higher altitude and cooler temperatures to Cafetal Santa Rosa. As you climb the ridge top let the spectacular mountains, ocean views and a pristine shoreline take your breath away. You will have a chance to experience the unique landscape of the Guanacaste province consisting of dry forest, pastures, and covered hills.

Once you get to the lush coffee finca, learn the workings of the coffee operation from collection of beans to the manufacturing and roasting process. What to Wear

When taking an ATV coffee tour, it's important to wear comfortable, breathable clothing. Long pants and closed-toe shoes are recommended to protect your legs and feet. A hat is also a good idea to protect your face from the sun. If you're riding in the rain, bring a waterproof jacket to keep you dry. The tour will provide goggles, but if it is in dry season it will be quite dusty so, we recommend that you wear a bandana, mask, or some sort of covering over your mouth.

What to Bring

Aside from your clothing and a hat, it's important to bring plenty of water and sunscreen. A camera is also a must-have item so you can capture the memories of your ATV coffee tour. If you have any medical conditions or allergies, bring any necessary medication with you.

Where to Meet

The ATV coffee tour in Nosara meets at Tico Tour’s office which is about a 15 minute drive from Kismet. Our retreat planner can set up transportation for you via van or tuk tuk, but it is not provided in the cost of the tour. It's a good idea to arrive a few minutes early so you can get prepared for your ride.
